Chocolate Doris and Lemon Delight!

Yum Yum, they looked so yummy in the book, so we decided to make them today......It was a perfect day for baking....cold outside and raining....a good day for the oven to be on. First the girls had to have a stir....Then they could lick the spoon afterwards.....

I did use 2 spoons.......


I always loved to lick the spoon when my mum baked and had put the cake or whatever in the oven.

Once they came out of the oven and cooled, we iced them and then had afternoon tea with Daddy.......it was really special to see them enjoy what they had helped to make.


It makes my heart glad when we are in the kitchen together.....baking, laughing and enjoying the fun......and mess..LolHope you have a wonderful weekend...
