Well done Mrs T Bakker!

You may wonder who is Mrs T Bakker...
well I was so blessed a few days ago when
I received an email from Shirley.
Shirley wrote to me with some pictures
of her mums Frosty Flakes hexagons.
I was so excited and wrote back to ask
if I could show them to you.

Mrs T Bakker lives in Hoek, in the Netherlands,
and is 79 I may add..
and has been making my Frosty Flakes BOM.
She has the tiniest stitches and her hexi's are just perfect.
Wow Mrs T Bakker you've finished 3 so far
and are on to the fourth one. Well done!
It is such a blessing to me to see
these little hexi's sewn by others.
"I am so blessed that you have enjoyed
making the Frosty Flakes and I can't wait to see yours finished"
Thank you for sharing with us.
Have you made and finished any blocks????
Be sure to add them to the flickr group
so we can see them too.
 Sweet Cinnamon Hugs for you!

I really love these blocks and have just posted a pic of my first one all done! Due to the death of my printer I couldn't print out the patterns...or anything for that matter...for a couple of months. Getting up to date now :)

Mrs T Bakker sure puts us to shame. She does do beautiful work and I hope I am as good when I reach her age.

Hello...I just found your comment on my doll. It did not show up on the comments on my blog itself and I don't understand that.
I used to crochet but I gave it up as I got older due to poor eyesight. I now wear glasses but have not returned to crocheting. Believe me, if I could I would crochet for my dolls. I have been purchasing my things on ebay.

Mrs. T. Bakker such a talented quilter! I have only made one quilt in my life and it was a king size to the floor and over pillows. That one quilt cured me for the rest of my life. It took a year to finish...and I had to have help with the quilting. It was the beginning of my eye sight failure! :) Tears would stream from my eyes as I strained to see my stitches. I admire those that quilt and wish I had done more when I could.
Simply lovely!!

:) I found your comment! It was at the very bottom.
Yes, my doll is reborn. I don't knit, (though I would dearly love to)I only know how to crochet.
I also have given some of my dolls away. To my little great granddaughter. You must show me some of the things you have knitted for your dolls. I would love to see them. I have been shoppng for a little matinee set and just missed getting an adorable one on ebay. :(
It is so much fun to dress them and to be on the lookout for cute clothing. I enjoyed reading your comment. Sorry this is so long! :)
Hugs,
Mona
